Love is addictive
A lifetime disease
It can break hearts in two
With relative ease
Love is obsessive
A feeling quite rare
Love is a killer
So one must beware
Love rots the mind
It’s a real life condition
It imprisons ones thoughts
Without any remission
Love is so hurtful
A pain to endure
Love is simplistic
And yet also so pure.
