When eastern winds blow across the mind
And the dream of happiness for all mankind
Seems a distant possibility and yet one finds
In that nanosecond when all eyes
Are opened that once were blind
And all creed and colour at one table dine
Where broken hearts no longer pine
And solace the salvation from daily grind
When earthly love we leave behind
As we pass the angels all neatly lined
To welcome us home, when to death
We’re resigned
