In 87, ‘Sheila, take a bow’ riding high for The Smiths,
and in 75, ‘Angie Baby’ by Helen Reddy sure did please.
The first two hits for Neil Diamond in the early 70’s
saw ‘Cracklin’ Rosie’ and ‘Sweet Caroline’, in the race.
And in 2008, he was still singing about the girls,
when he gave us ‘Pretty Amazing Grace’.
