‘Hello Dolly’, a hit for Louis Armstrong,

so smooth, way back in 64.

This song was also well covered

by Frankie Vaughan, Kenny Ball and more.

In 63  ‘Hello Little Girl’, a hit for The Fourmost,

and ‘Hello Susie’ from Amen Corner, in 69 shone.

In 80 Def Leppard sang ‘Hello America’,

and 84 found Lionel Richie with ‘Hello’ at No.One.

‘Hello Goodbye’ by the Beatles,

another 67 hit and Number One claim.

And in 68 ‘Hello, I love you’

saw The Doors in the top twenty frame.

With ‘Tell Him’ and ‘New York Groove’,

this 70’s group – Hello – did very well.

But the last song in this short ‘Hello’ mix,

rightly so, has to come from Adele.
